Miracle Method is the world’s leader in bathtub, countertops and tile repair & refinishing — and we are busier than ever. Our Indianapolis location has an immediate need for additional full-time technicians to prep & spray these fixtures in homes and at commercial businesses. The home remodeling and commercial refinishing industries are booming.

Who is Our Ideal Candidate?
We are looking for individuals with an excellent work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to follow company processes, and a commitment to meet project timelines. Our ideal candidates come from the construction, renovation, property management, carpentry, and auto body industries.

Here’s What We Provide
Apprentices learn our proprietary materials, processes & finishes.  Upon successful completion of the apprentice program, apprentices are promoted to Technician and are provided a company truck and all the tools needed to perform their job efficiently. There is no need to buy materials or tools — we provide everything. In addition, we also provide a good atmosphere to work in. Starting pay during apprenticeship is commensurate with proven experience and past track record.
