Resurfaced a 20 year old bathtub, and repaired 2 chips in the porcilen. The finished product looked new.

The appraisal was easy, the representative arrived on time and provided a through recommendation. Work was scheduled for a Monday morning and was expected to take 4 hours. The technician was late for the appointment due to weather but arrived and was very professional. The bath was prepared and the work was completed in the allotted time. The finished product was impressive although the non skid surface was less than perfect. I am sure my wife will speak to the management, she is very picky.

Stripped peeling tub and refinished tub

We became familiar with Miracle Method at the home show and took advantage of their promotional offer for attending it. The office staff was very helpful in scheduling my appointment. Due to my busy schedule, Saturday worked best for me, and they were able to locate a technician willing to work the weekend. They were also able to come out very quickly after my call.
The technician showed up promptly at the selected time. He was very neat with all of this materials and very courteous. He did an excellent job of taping off and covering all fixtures and flooring; there was zero overspray when he was done. Our peeling tub was very difficult to strip and the job took a fair bit longer than anticipated (from 9am-6pm), but he was able to get it done and with zero complaints. He also self-identified and patched damaged areas of the tub with a compound and didn't just spray over them. The finished result was excellent and very smooth and the bottom of the tub was treated with a non-skidding finish.
Your technician provided us with an overview and materials on the guarantee and care of the tub, as well as explicit instructions for when we could begin using the tub again. I am very pleased with the results and would use Miracle Method again.

We hired miracle method to spray the old ceramic tile floor in our small half bath. I was pleased with the color and texture options available. The finished product looked great! There was a bit of a discrepancy in the amount of time it would take to complete this task. We were told 4 hours, however it took 6 hours to put the white spray adhesive for the glaze to attach to. The very nice worker had to come back to our home the next day to complete the project. He was very nice and did a great job.

Refinished my old fiberglass bathtub and shower surround and resurficed my vanity.

Very prompt - did estimate and then I scheduled the work.  Work was performed in a very efficient and pains-taking manner.  I was informed of each step and what to expect.  They used a fan to pull the odor of the product out of the house through a window/covered everthing (including the carpet getting to the bathroom).  No surprises and the work was very timely.  Totaly pleased with the final product.  Would recommend very highly.

Let me start off by saying that the guys did a good job.  They cleaned up, protected adjacent surfaces and were courteous to all in the hotel.  The [tubs] resurfaced on this phase look good.  Caulking was neat and cleaned as well as surface preparation in the bottom of the tub.  It was also a nice feature that they exhaust fumes from the finish after they get done spraying.  We didn't receive any guest complaints which is very important to the owner.  We look forward to working with you in the near future.  Thanks.
